Suzanne wrote an estate appraisal for our family. Her real estate appraisal and estate appraisal knowledge were extremely helpful. We called midweek and by that Saturday she appraised the home. Great communication. Extremely professional. She was the first to respond of three to whom we made an inquiry. One of the other's was a trainer for MA real estate appraisers and he spoke highly of her when we let him know that we'd already hired someone else. She travels to thoroughly investigate comparable properties, and was willing to drive all over the North Shore to find Point Properties similar to mine, while disqualifying a particularly pesky property, based on determining that it was on a tidal cove, so mud for part of the day.
