I cannot in good faith recommend By the Bay Realty . Martin Huglund was my realtor and was unresponsive in communication, did not have items done that I requested as in a termite inspection, was there an existing filtration system, etc . My well should have been inspected by a licensed well driller and instead it was inspected by a home inspector, who is not qualified to perform well inspections. This also falls back on my lender as well. I asked to have the septic filters cleaned at the pumping and Martin did not have this performed as requested. I was moving from another state and have moved from state to state before with an incredible realtor. In this situation you trust that your realtor is doing what is in your best interest, and in being your advocate. Martin is not that person. I

Our experience with By The Bay Realty was top notch. Jessica Nettleton went the "extra mile" literally, by snowshoeing one mile down the snow covered driveway to view what is now our beautiful home. Throughout the long process of researching, viewing and searching some more, Jessica always made sure we knew the in & outs of every home, guiding us thru each step. Rick was very knowledgeable and confirmed our research into purchasing business and even advised us in areas we weren't too familiar with! My agent reached out 2-3 times in regards to a home listed by Jessica Nettleton and never received a return call. If you want to sell your home, it's obvious they don't care to work with other agents in order to sell your property.
