Butter Valley Commons

Housing is clean and nice inside. Central air and heat. Very nice for the price, but kids run free and are not always behaved. There have been vandalism issues and late night can be loud often in the summer. Sometimes kids try to walk i to your house if the door isn't closed or play with your water spigot and anything you leave outside. Walls are paper thin. Overall for the price it's dealable. The nuissance is sporadic and the noise varies.

This place is one of the nicest affordable housing communities in the area. However; they are still working out problems with utility co. Some of the tennents receive astronomical bills. Once this situation is resolved. I would say it was a 5 star place. Quiet, well maintained, great safty features,such as, sprinkler system, carbon monoxide detectors and exhaust system.

I think it's a good neighborhood.. I don't live here tho.. my bus driver Picks me up first and then the other student. 😊😀

These townhomes are really nice. The property is kept up and management is great.

Small town community with great management. Very clean- beautiful place!
