Butler Square Apartments

Beautiful apartments!! And the price is reasonable! My cousin and I can easily afford a two bedroom apartment, maintinance is great and they respond quickly, staff is readily available and very professional and understanding. I've made great friends with the people here its a really great community. We use the gym all the time and love the nearby park! We have two dogs and the deposit and the monthly rate is less than a lot of the other apartments we had looked at. Cool place 10/10

The units themselves are well laid out. They were built in a hurry, so expect some weird issues to spring up. The location is great with trails nearby. The main issues are with Berger's ownership style. They are a larger company with 20-30 complexes across the region. They seem to expect their employees to milk all of the money out of the residents as possible. The worst addition was Valet Trash. There is a mandatory $25 fee for a service that nobody requested. Trashbags/cans line the halls every evening and a large part of the weekend. The actual Berger employees in the complex have been good. Look at all available options and don't let the shiny new complex fool you.

This is a beautiful community. It is so close to the city where I love to shop, eat, ect. Maintenance is out of this world! They are very professional. It's a great place to live.

RENTER BEWARE!! If you value peace and quiet, if you work from home, if you value your sleep…go rent somewhere else. These units have hardwood floors and every footstep from the unit above sounds like someone is stomping. If you have an inconsiderate upstairs neighbor(college student) with a pet, you will be very sorry. Walls in common spaces are damaged from dings and not repaired. For the money this place is not worth it. I will not be renewing my lease.

Wonderful community, managed by Pros. The Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor are especially helpful, courteous, and competent.
