Omg I had the most amazing time at our closing today at Butler Title. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and amazing. Jessica was our closing agent on this transaction. Jessica was very professional she explained every page and answered all our questions regarding title insurance. She even explained what the sellers wore paying va what we had to pay and why. As Realestate Agent myself it’s very reassuring to work with an professional company that takes the time out to educate the buyers through this process.
