Burnside Colonial Apartments

Kelly the new manager does a great job, I wish ,they would however, sweep the area, there's alot of gravel on the roads in here. There's been no problems, every so often, you will see someone that doesn't belong in here, walking and collecting cans and bottles, we hear gunshots, every so often, but, there's been no problems here. It's quiet, people keep to themselves, this place is kid & pet friendly, but no playground just a swimming pool. It's mostly concrete, all around us. Seems safe enough, iv been here about 6 months.

It's okay 4 the most part, but kinda unbelievable how the people in the area choose too tune-in on the wrong things (like other residents race, or their visitor's) when there's clearly lots of things that they could focus on, respectfully...

Marvin and Jill are some of the kindest people I’ve met…they really went the extra mile to help my family of 3 to get into a 2 bedroom. Place has age, but is really nice and cozy feel to it. Gods blessing is everywhere!

Having lived here for 12 years I can say without a doubt that the current managers are the worst I have ever experienced. The yell at little kids for no reason for playing outside. They use the complex as a used car lot for selling cars they get at auctions, the hassle tenants about their cars for being "ugly", They use leaf blowers at 7am to pick up a few pine needles on the ground, completely disrespectful of tenants work schedules. And to top it off the raise rent without proper notification and then charge late fees above whats stated in the rental agreements. And the bookkeeping is atrocious. everything is hand written and nothing is kept on file on a computer. And they argue with you when you ask to speak to the owners. I would rate this place higher if the current managers were fire

Marvin the manager rarely cleans the pool and do other things around the complex. When me and my friend skated on the side walk he yelled at me and said “YoU BrEAk ThE GuTtEr”. I would lobe it if Marvin got fired
