Burnside 26

My husband and I had a great overall experience during our stay here. The apartment itself was clean upon move in and very functional with lots of natural light. If you are new (or not) to the area, this is a great home base to explore from. Therese and Angelene (office staff) were always friendly and able to help with any questions. David and team readily addressed whatever maintenance issue may have popped up. Thank you!

We moved to Portland a few months ago and living in Burnside 26 was absolutely the right move. The access to supermarket, restaurants/ cafes and maybe the most beautiful park in Portland is prime. Also Angelene and the Burnside 26 team are perfect and so friendly. The building is super clean and the maintenance team is also extremely quick and efficient with requests. I've heard many nightmare stories with property managers and such. You won't have that problem here.

I have called Burnside 26 home for many years - it's been a wonderful place to live. There is a lovely community Sky Lounge that provides space for residents to enjoy city views, relax as well as entertain friends or host special events. There's a fitness center on-site. One of the aspects I most appreciate is the excellent on-site staff - they are professional, friendly, and demonstrate true care for the resident experience. There's also a great maintenance staff, and maintenance requests are addressed in a timely manner.

Great building, and great community, I dont live there but toured 2 times and everyone was very nice, the ameneties are great! The location is amazing, the best neighborhood of Portland in my opinion. Angeline was super nice, friendly and very helpful.

Love this building! Clean, updated, and the on site staff is amazing. The gym is one of the best apartment gyms you will find, and the roof top is great during the summer. This neighborhood is so lively and there’s so much to do right outside the door. You won’t regret living here
