I honestly do not know the quality of craftsmanship that this company might give. It could be excellent across-the-board. But I was just ran off the road by one of their drivers on 75 southbound. The guy was also riding so close to the vehicle in front of him he could probably kiss the bumper. As you can see by the picture below.

Our floors in our 4 year old home are cracking and braking. Burns will not take responsibility for the poor quality floors. We have not damaged our floors and I was told by the person who came out to access the floors that he's never seen this before and it's bad. Awful customer service. They don't care. We will never use this company again.

Everyone that was sent to finish my home was excellent. The couple that came to do the painting and finish work went above and beyond. Very happy with the beautiful outcome!

Renee was great to deal with. The service repair technician, Antonio, was amazing. His commitment to complete the schedule work was wonderful and very well done. Antonio is a wonderful asset to your company.

I have been in my mobile for 14 months. The tile around my tub is falling off. When I called I was told no longer under warranty. I understand I had a 1 year warranty but tile should not be falling off 14 months later if it was installed correctly.
