Burning Tree West Apartments

Do not rent here. When I lived here it was impossible to speak to management. When I moved out, I never received my deposit back or any word of why? Unfortunately I moved out of state or else I would’ve shown up to the corporate offices. I tried calling the office at the complex and tried calling corporate. They will steal your money and won’t have the courtesy of responding to voicemails or emails. BBB has been notified.

Nice place in the city to call home. We have been living in Burning tree west apartments for the past 1 and a half years now. Resident property manager Michael and his team do an excellent job at maintenance and are friendly to talk. Each apartment is assigned a garage. Heat water and trash removal are included in rent. It is close to places like costco, walmart, Aldi and schools. Highly recommend this place.

SLUM LANDLORDS!!!!!!!. Take forever to make repairs and if they do its just a bandaid repair. They deleted all their bad reviews to catch more victims. Way to expensive for a property built in the 70's with no upgrades done. Oh and be prepared to get snowed in. They take forever to have someone plow the parking lot. Also they will not return your security deposit even if you left it clean. They use fragrance plug ins to hide musty moldy smells in hallways. You have been WARNED!!!!

Burning tree west apartments is a very good place to live, I moved here 3 months ago from New York and I am very happy the place is clean quiet and comfortable, close to the shopping area like Costco or Walmart

This place is horrible- Michael Roberts(the manager) is very rude. In the apartments, there is mold and they just paint over it, etc. So many bad things about this place. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, YOU WILL REGRET IT!!
