Burney Commons Apartments

Burney Commons has gotten worse since changing property management from FPI to the new management, Golden Circle Management. There's a major difference from our previous property manager, Jamie, to the current on-site manager. There's no maintenance for the landscape or laundry room! Before they locked up the Community room, at least there was a neighbor that tried to keep it clean & safe from kids destroying furniture. When we lost our first property manager, I've had my E-bike & Grandson's bike stolen from my patio. Other neighbors have had their property stolen too and vandalized! I have to use my walker or power chair to do laundry, the laundry room is disgusting! This new manager doesn't work outside of her hours or act like a neighbor when I asked for her help to open the laundry roo

Worst experience I've ever had renting! I was contacted by a random person on Facebook telling me Burney Commons had sent my completed application to her with mine & my sons names, social security #s, birthdates, address, everything! Bonnie, the apartment manager, had apologized to her for sending it but never apologized to me for the breach of my privacy, even after I had brought it up. She dismissed it like it wasn't a big deal & said the company will provide a year of LifeLock. It's now 3 months later, and we still haven't received LifeLock protection or an apology or explanation. Then there was the switching the units on me without notification.  I applied for a 3 bedroom. Nice spacious floorplans. Laundry room only accepts cars which is a hassle. Owners need to provide more feasible options for tenants.
