Burlington Place

This place is very lovely, great Management and unbelievable value for what you get. My Mom and Brother love their new place! And everyone in building seems very friendly. My only warning is. I was towed for parking outside of building in unmarked spots. Even though unmarked. I guess it's permit only there. Spoke to Management about me getting towed and it costing me $300.00. All while moving my Mom and Brother in. Hoping this incident will motivate them to adding signs to these specific spots. Everything else marked good. But these spots look open for anyone...not so. Will cost you 300. And a huge headache. Doing a good deed and got scolded for. Again, beautiful apartments. But be very cautious where you park. Visitor parking only on West side of property. I would not refer and or recommend ANYONE to consider moving into this apartment community. The lack of proper care and proper maintenance of property and elevator on a daily basis at best is way below what is needed on a daily basis. I am legally disabled and cringe on a daily basis getting into the elevator as I am not physically able to clean any and all debris, dog pee and garbage bag leaks and trash from the wheels of my powerwheel chair. I reported garbage leaks outside and on both sides of my apartment door the day it happened (which had a foul odor) and nothing was done. My rent has been raised twice in one year and yet the garbage leak stains are still outside of my apartment to which I have still submitted clean up requests repeatedly. Office staff is always pleasant and works to resolve any issues I may have. I have lived here for about 2 years and every time I speak with Sheila she goes above and beyond to provide excellent service, even when she is busy. The maintenance staff does a great job of keeping the building and facilities clean and running smoothly. My only complaint is that some of my neighbors do not seem to respect the place that we live, but that is to be expected anywhere. Overall a great place to live!

How amazing. We do not live there but do live very close in the neighborhood.The people giving it bad reviews are so abstract to me. The building is only 2+years old, so how would it have "Old appliances"? It is my feeling that the people that have moved in here are "entitled" folks that no matter what you do for them it would not be enough. Blasting their loud rap music and so forth. We as a community feel that the building should have stayed as it was presented to our community, 55+ apartments. My take... if it is not "good enough" for you then get out and find a better place.

I moved out early Nov 2022, my lease was up at the end of that month. It is Jan 2023, 9weeks later and STILL NO REFUND ON MY DEPOSIT! My apartment was in perfect condition when i left. I've been in constant communication with Sheila the manager but she says it's corporate having issues separating my money from One America...which I don't even know who they are! I paid my depoist in full myself. Be forwarned. I will seek an attorny next week.
