Burke Community Management Group is most irresponsible management company with poor management and attitude. I moved in 2 years + and my parking spot is surrounded by pot holes. When it rains, the potholes are filled with water. Ideal condition for mosquitos to breed. I requested the management to take care of it, they said they will get to it right away. Well it is now more than 2 years. If you are late in paying your dues, you are threatened legal action. Garbage is strewn all over the place and parking lot is poorly lit. Very scary when you come home late. I really do not what to do.

They respond very quick to email, but no solutions. Over 8 months and still haven’t received parking passes. Issues are passively dealt with. They don’t want to make calls to the vendors even if we’re not receiving the services.

Get a towing company that doesn’t charge $200 for a tow. $200 is sinful. Imagine being a family trying to make ends meet and these sorry excuses for humans tow your car and charge you $200

You don't get told about any rules or regulations, especially with parking, until something happens. Then it's still your fault. No help ever, tow company they use is horrible and crooked. Hopefully they at a minimum get rid of DTR towing and change to people who arent thieves and criminals. Wouldve been je to know about parking since I've been here almost 3 years and was never informed about special parking for commercial vehicles. My rental work vehicle is considered bu DTR a commercial vehicle. After having been using this vehicle numerous times over the past year with no issues I got to go outside this morning to my vehicle gone. Promised a drive through the complex at least once a month. Only been here TWICE in a year. Very poor execution and handling of paperwork. I hope to talk to our person about replacing them. Let me know if you have had a similar experience and have a good/great management service.
