Burgess Mill Station I & II

My review isn’t even based on being a resident but a prospect. I would love to actually tour as the apartments look beautiful… but customer service is clearly not their forte this is the second out of 3 properties from this management company that I’ve just received the most puzzling experience.my first experience was great. I loved the property and service was good. So, thinking they’d have the same service across board I called to tour another property was told I could come and was treated rudely by someone in the office.I was rightfully livid. I called corporate. When I spoke to their VP, she was apologetic and even provided me with a list of other properties and said they’d investigate what happened at that property. Viewing the property went smoothly; however, deciding to apply was a nightmare. I used PTO to return a paper application, mind you, this is the year 2025, almost 2026, the company still has no way to electronically submit applications . Before arriving I stopped by my credit union to get a money order to pay their application fee and then I frantically drove there with5 -10 mins left until closing time ( on an open day). Upon arriving to the office I was greeted by a closed sign, with no explanation as to when they would reopen. I chatted with other disgruntled applicants who were just as lost as I was in the process. All of this is after calling all week, sending emails and leaving several unreturned vm messages. Worst complex that we have lived in. When we moved in, they didn’t clean the apartment, like they said they would. Toilets were disgusting. Everything was dirty. Once moved in, They tried to show our apartment to someone when we were living in it for about three months. Thank god we were home, if not they would have access our home without us there. Additionally they put charges on our bill each month with no explanation. Consistently making mistakes and promises to fix it and it would not get done. I am a prospective tenant. I have called and emailed numerous times asking about one bedroom apartments but have not heard anything back. This office is clearly very unprofessional. If I actually got a response I would be more than happy to change my review.

We've attempted to get pricing information by phone from this place multiple times because the website is very out of date. It is incredibly difficult to get anyone on the phone, and even when you do, no one gives consistent information across the board. That all being said, we were still interested in actually scheduling a tour because of the close proximity to our jobs. Getting someone on the phone again was too challenging, so we physically went into the leasing office to schedule a tour. It was supposed to take place on 5/21. On 5/21, we received a call stating that the tour would need to be rescheduled because it was raining. By our scheduled tour time, it was only lightly misting, which aligned with the forecast for the day. The leasing agent decided to reschedule for today, 5/23 a
