Burback Builders

We worked with Burback for the past year or so on building our home in Muskego. Jared, Joe and team were great to work with, and we couldn't be happier with the end result. Building a house is a long process and many things can go wrong, I can say two things compared to other friends who have built recently with other builders - First, not a lot went wrong (which speaks to their experience and expertise in doing this) and second, when things did, they took care of it, no questions asked. The final product is everything we asked for and we're very happy they were able to accommodate our timing needs and finish early as well! As my retired builder father says "Jared builds a damn good house". Highly recommend working with Burback.

My neighbor built a home next to my lot on South Windlake Road, Burback Builders was supposed to fix the damage to my lot when the job was complete, this is now four months an numerous calls. Had I not allowed them to use my lot for their crane, and large dumpster the job would have been that much more difficult to do. No return calls, no personal appearance by Jerad, no explanation whatsoever. Moral of the story, "liars"! Alternative, sue them! An let this be a lesson learned , if they ever need your lot to use to build next to it, tell them where they can go!

Amazing customer service! They pay attention to every single detail. Clearly a caring and understanding Builder. They take custom Homes to a whole new level.
