We had a 660 sq. ft. ADU built in Plymouth for my brother in law's future needs—one-level living close to us. Once we signed on the dotted line, BuildX ran with it, handling everything from start to finish. Buz met us personally to review any changes. Justin was on-site almost every day, and the subcontractors kept everything neat. Communication was clear, and any issues were resolved quickly. After trying to manage a past project ourselves, this was a relief—we just picked a design, and they made it happen. We’re ecstatic about the finished results—professional, competent, and efficient!

We worked with BuildX and Buz Artiano to design and build a 1 Bed, 1 Bath Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) at our home in Freetown, MA and we couldn’t be happier with the results! They guided us through every step of the process from site work, excavation, and foundation all the way to framing, roofing, insulation, and finishes. Although we didn't move forward with an ADU build, Buz and his team have been very responsive and supportive as I learned about the process and discussed an initial design. It started with a discovery call to see if and how an ADU could work for our family. We reviewed an early concept and Buz was able to generate an early, rough quote and walk through everything that needs to be considered. Finally Buz came by for a site visit to confirm that everything can fit; ADU, septic, utilities, access, etc... I searched around the South Shore for an ADU expert discovered that BuildX is way ahead of everyone else.
