We had such an amazing experience working with Lisa Cleveland! We were in a really challenging situation with a family member’s home and were on a very tight timeline to renovate and get it sold, and she was incredible through it all. She was so patient, communicative, and truly had our backs every step of the way. Thanks to her expertise, we received an offer within just two hours of listing, which still blows us away! What meant the most was how much she genuinely cared. On our last day before leaving the state, she noticed the lawn needed to be mowed and took it upon herself to do it so the home would show its best. That level of care and dedication says everything. We are so grateful for Lisa and would absolutely recommend her to anyone—she goes above and beyond in every way!

We worked with Shannon Campbell, and she is absolutely amazing! She got everything done very quickly (We were on a time crunch and we closed in a little under a month!). She stayed in touch with us through the whole process even though we were in another state so that meant even outside of regular business hours. She was great at answering all our questions, and even took a second trip out to the house to show us it again via video call. We'd highly recommend her, and will definitely work with her again!

This review is for the wonderful and amazing Lisa Cleveland. If you’re looking for a Bulldog that is disguised as a Pomeranian you found your agent. Lisa fought for us left and right. She is 100% for her clients. Let’s be honest, most real estate agents are only one tick above a used car salesman, not Lisa though. She is honest and real. If the house you’re looking at sucks she will tell you. If the neighborhood isn’t the right fit she will let you know. Hell she spent time showing up at school pickup and drop off in our new neighborhood just so she could see for herself if the area was too chaotic. If you feel like giving your weird cousin in law Amy a chance because she just got her real estate license and you feel guilty because she is socially awkward and you know you will be her only
