Very poor experience with this realtor. There definitely seemed to be a lack of effort. Buffy is an older woman in her seventies, sittting in a extremely stable place in her personal finances, along with her husband’s business. There is no drive or motive for her to sell your home. It seemed that the attitude was, “It will sell when it sells.” There was no advertisement, and in today’s online market, advertising through social media is pivotal. I was in charge of my own marketing. I had to push for my home to be shared to Facebook sites and even listing sites like Zillow or trulia, something that should have been taken care of for me. She was also not the most professional person to show your home. She would try and schedule showings within hours or even half hours after she already sched

Buffy works & works to try to find u what u want in the price range u can afford & is enjoyable to work with along the way. She has worked out several house deals both buying & selling for myself & 2 other of my family members over the years.

Buffy was very professional and willing to guide me through the entire process. She replied to all my correspondence in a timely fashion.
