Love the historic look to this building and how they kept the character of the building. The apartments are great, and I love how clean the apartments are and the area around there. Gina does a great job, is always on top of everything.
Lived here for about two years when I moved back to town. Only left because I bought a house. Loved my time at buffalo. Had great neighbors and would definitely live here again!!
I recently purchased a house which is why I am leaving, but I lived in these apartments for 2 years and never had a problem. The apartments are clean, landscaping is always kept up, and the building itself is amazing. The manager Gina is absolutely wonderful! She was quick to repair/fix any issues and has a great attitude. Even when I locked myself out a few too many times. Thank you Gina!!
I love these apartments. Gina is wonderful and always there when you need her. These apartments are clean, and landscaping is done beautifully.
Gina is a very sweet woman! I absolutely love having her as a property manager. The units are nice and fairly priced. I've enjoyed living here.
