This is the nicest house I have rented. The tile floors look good, the bathrooms are professionally done, and I like the open design of the kitchen to living room. I don't have to fight with a third-party management vendor, and if a repair is needed, they're one phone call away. I had forgotten what it feels like to come home to a house that doesn't need repairs or maintenance.
