Buckman Heights

Buckman Heights is amazing! First of all, the location is SO good. It's quite centrally located and in a really up-and-coming plus SAFE area of Portland. You truly get the full PDX experience here. Second, rent is actually affordable, which is obviously important in such trying times. Third, the management is amazing. Angela in particular helped me so much and treated my partner and I with such respect during the move in process. Not everybody, particularly landlords/property management folks, are always kind, but they are kind and reasonable. Thank you Buckman Heights!

I recently toured these apartments and was pretty impressed. The tour was really informative and professional. The management had a great attitude, was super knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome. I haven’t decided yet when I am moving but will definitely be applying here.

Been dealing with roaches since May. It may have started with one person but they have for sure spread. The management office is quick to schedule pest services when notified but communication is extremely difficult and very unreliable. Emails go unanswered, notices of entry posted less than 24 hours in advance. Very combative and quick to tell you about all the "undesirable tenants" that make their job so hard. I've never had any issues with neighbors but the roaches, frequent false fire alarms due to wiring issues, on going plumbing issues and a lack of cleanliness throughout the building has me counting down the days until I can leave. The management team is friendly and professional, always willing to help and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-managed place to live.

I have been a resident of Buckman Heights for 4 months. I feel like it was a great choice for me.. I appreciate the management staff and maintenance crew for keeping everything safe, secure, and clean. You’re the best!
