We’ve been renting from Buckeye NW for almost 3 years and we’ve never had any issues. We’ve even moved from one apartment to another before our lease was up, and they were more than helpful. We’ve only had 2 work orders but both were dealt with immediately. It seems like a lot of the negative reviews are from people who are either upset that they didn’t meet the rental qualifications, or got evicted for not paying their rent.

THE REVIEWS DO NOT LIE!!! I advise everyone to STAY CLEAR away from these people! Very incompetent and inexperienced people doing their applications. They wrongfully denied my application for a house (which is, after all, A BASIC HUMAN NEED!) despite having no gaps in employment ever, making 3X’s the income and having ZERO evictions and no criminal record whatsoever. It is safe to say that this “business” is a TOTAL SCAM and unworthy to be serving the greater Toledo area (Dare I say American)! These guys will MAKE UP a reason to deny you. In my case they denied my application because I was unable to provide them tax documents for 2025 taxes that HAVE NOT BEEN PROCESSED YET!! Save your money, save your time. Not happy with them won't come out to fix nothing house foundation is falling apart house is ready to collapse and they said they will do it when they want back of the house is falling off do not rent from them they won't come do nothing they keep tell me they will but they won't and I'm handicapped

Worst internet I’ve ever had and I’ve had it for 3 going on 4 years. We’ve upgraded our equipment as much as possible and still get spotty service. If you can choose literally any other provider I would.

Earlier this week I parked in their parking lot which they share with other building. And I realized as I was walking away that I wasn’t in the correct spot. A bottle blonde white woman was standing with several men in front of Buckeye Realty and told me I had to move my car in the most rudest and offensive way. Her tone was DISGUSTING and I told her as such. Imagine if I were a tenant or a future tenant and I actually was parked in the correct place? I would not feel comfortable going in the building at all. I would simply leave and never come back. I wouldn’t want to live in any place that Buckeye Realty owns. Customer service is important and the way that bottle blonde lady spoke to me is not how you should speak to ANYONE. Because you never know who could be your next customer and wo
