Unfortunately our plans were COMPLETELY DISREGARDED and, what was intended to complement a Victorian Bed and Breakfast was made to resemble a lopsided 1990’s garage. We paid hugely for our decision to work with this company- he was available quickly (now we see why) and we made the decision in haste. He assured us he works by the hour and does not charge for drive time, smoke breaks or lunch breaks- however, the guy smokes like a chimney and his hired help came with pot smoke billowing out of his car every day. We later learned that we were also paying about $50 a day for drive-time for his helper, as well as lunch breaks. Owner was so arrogant that on multiple occasions, when we called him out on something, he immediately blamed us for things which we had previously warned him about.

Buck Mountain Construction is the ONLY company to use in the Eureka Springs and surrounding areas. Kevin did all of the remodeling on our home in Grassy Knob. Trust me, it was a HUGE undertaking! Kevin is highly ethical, does outstanding craftsmanship, and was the MOST reasonably priced contractor in the area. Don’t listen to bad review by Ginger D Parker or Ethan Parker. They must have a hidden agenda or are friends with a competitor. He turned our fixer upper into a showplace!

Hi. Im sorry that some of you didn't have such a great time. I know the guy, and he is quiting cigarettes, and has reflected , is currently now reforming himself , or finally getting back on his game.... honestly when they're on their game....... they are unbelievable..... hope soon others will see this as well.

BuckMountain Construction Review 👎 From dream to nightmare. * After construction began on our dream home in August 2018 the contractor became difficult to pin down on details for budget and scheduling. I did not have visibility to either the schedule or budget and when I asked to review details I did not receive them. When I asked for a meeting to sit down and go over the budget and the schedule the contractor would not take the time to do this. * The BuckMountain Contractor was hired to manage the construction of the home but did not manage the project, only focusing on the tasks he would perform. Kevin has done 4 different projects for our business. I can't be happier with his work. I just don't believe all the supposedly terrible thing about his work.
