I’ve rented with this company twice now. They manage a few older properties in Idaho Falls that are fairly priced while also being well maintained. The apartments have character, and any maintenance issues are handled quickly. The management, particularly Kelly and Steven, are extremely prompt, very professional, and easy to work with. I highly recommend them and really enjoy living in their properties.

You're right, this one impression I had on the renal property there is probably not enough to leave any negative reviews. You are professionals and I did have a realistic conversation with the correct management. Thank you for your professionalism and politeness. The best management company I have ever rented with. Kelly guided me through the apartment before I rented, during my time they helped me understand the contract I signed, and all the lease rules for the property I was at. Anytime I had an issue with the apartment Steven and Kelly would do their best to get it fixed as quickly as possible. I would recommend you rent from BSD due to their professional demeanor, problem solving attitude, and for keeping these properties in tip top shape!
