In more than a decade in real estate, spanning leadership at brokerages and residential sales, I have never written a negative public review. I have always believed it unprofessional to air grievances in public. However, my recent experience with Starlight Homes, and specifically Area Sales Manager Matt Beatty, compels me to make an exception. In our interaction, I was accused of “escalating” an issue and told that I would only represent my client’s interests if Mr. Beatty agreed to compensate me. That accusation is both inaccurate and inappropriate. It calls into question my integrity as a fiduciary and undermines the trust that should exist between professionals working toward the same outcome: serving the buyer. Great experience so far, Will and his team have been Prompt and informative with responses. They provide all of the information necessary upfront and explain it in detail so your buyer can understand the process. I have worked with many new construction agents, and their team is on the ball. They are buyer agent-friendly, and make sure to keep the agent in the loop. Will went above and beyond to make sure to follow up with questions even when he was at his brother‘s wedding and while his family was welcoming a new child. I highly recommend Bryson Ridge by Starlight Homes, and if you happen to get Will I know it will be a good experience.
