Bryn Mawr Apartments

The reviews that are nice are because people haven’t discovered the nastiest of Montium and the living conditions. For starters there are roaches galore in the building. They are in the hallways and in the apartments. There is also a mouse problem as well. The fire alarm goes off constantly and part of the problem is unsafe wiring in the basement as told to us by the fire department late one night. There are nights that the room temperature is less than legally allowed as you are not allowed to control your own temperature. The walls are so thin you can hear every conversation being had. Overall it is an uncomfortable experience and I wouldn’t recommend living here to anyone other than the location.

Shawn was so polite and cordial from the first phone call. He let us tour the appointment the same day, which is telling in itself!!! The apartment was very spacious and well maintained. And storage space for days!!! Seriously considering Bryn Mawr based on the warm welcoming atmosphere.

I live up north atm and came to look an apartment. It would be more convenient if you could turn in your documents and then go eat somewhere while you’re waiting on an answer for them. Online is where the documents are currently asked to be approved and it’s all well and good but “online” isn’t everything when it comes to convenience… 😉

I was interested in renting out this apartment but the leasing manager made it impossible to do so. She was asking to see $30k for an apartment that was only $900 a month. She wouldn't get in contact with me in a timely manner. I didn't like that the apartment doesn't have a dishwasher. You also have to pay for the washer and dryer they have in the basement for public use. I wouldn't recommend.

I absolutely love the closet space and huge balcony I have here but nothing tops the staff! Vyneeka and Anita are AMAZING! No matter what time, they getting things done and are always reachable lol literally 24 hours! It makes a difference when you’re somewhere and the staff are actually working with you, I really appreciate them!
