We are about 7 months into our first lease with Bryant Companies and have been really pleased. Our property manager, Alejandra Cruz, is friendly, knowledgeable, and always responsive and timely to any maintenance requests. Additionally, the rental application process was easy and straightforward. I really appreciate that they have an office nearby where you can actually go and speak to a human if needed! So far, I would recommend renting through this company especially if you get Alejandra as your property manager.

Rented a two bedroom apartment for my daughter and grandson. They had a good selection of apartments in Alhambra. Great neighborhood, walking distance to his school and shopping. The agent and the property manager are super nice and easy to work with. Rent was very fair. Wonderful experience.

I think this property management is pretty good. There have only been a couple times where I felt that communication could be better but they're pretty good at handling maintenance issues in a timely manner. Sometimes you have to be on top of them but I guess they're probably just busy. I've been at my residence for 2 years and haven't had any major issues with them. Jessica gets the job done and responds to emails quickly. When I rented my apartment they were very quick to getting me approved and I love my apartment. I just wish the rent didn't go up so much. We had an 8% increase and it sucked but I'm not sure how much control they have over that.
