My upstairs neighbors are abusing and abandoning their dog for 12+ hours almost everyday while it whines. They have done NOTHING to resolve this issue. The property management does not care. You can hear the dog whining from the ground floor outside the apartment and Bear Creek continues to allow it. Shame on Clark County animal control for their lack of urgency and shame on Bear Creek for totally disregarding every attempt to resolve this issue. Still have not received a response. Even went into the office on 3 separate occasions for noise complaints and the animal abuse. Stay away from this apartment, the price is not worth it.

I have lived here happily for 5 years and have no complaints. Front office staff is helpful and responds quickly. Maintenance comes within 2 to 3 days and fixes the issue promptly. Thank you bear creek for being my home!

This place is a great place to live, nice apartments. The only issue is you can hear your neighbors and ours aren’t very nice. They bang on walls when you have family over or drop stuff. Have messaged the office about it but nothing seems to change.. other than that. Would’ve been a great place.. I don’t wanna move when our lease is up because and having to call the cops on our neighbors isn’t great. I miscarried at these apartments due to stress

Just raised our rent 200 bucks and then on top of that now we have to pay an additional 35 dollars for our second vehicle to park in the parking lot that doesn't even fill up. 1 family parked luke 5 cars there and now we all have to pay for it. Me and my family will be moving ASAP.
