I was involved in two real estate transactions where Bruce represented the seller. Neither transaction ended up closing for me. In one case, I submitted a cash offer that was not accepted, and the property later sold for less than my offer. I was later contacted regarding a review I had posted, and threatened with litigation. Based on my experience being on the other side of these transactions, I would walk from any deal he's on the other side of.
