Brownstone Apartments

I had room mates and they were on the lease. I didn’t even pay the deposit or anything my room mates did. So why am I being charged for replacing an apartment completely unprofessional. This place is completely garbage and you’re better off going across the street. Even with new management how are you trying to charge me still. ⛽️🏚️

Judging from most of the reviews they were either evicted for lease violations, or didn't live in the neighborhood. My apartment was always reasonably priced, the grounds were clean, and the exterminators came regularly. If you got roaches it was probably because you didn't allow the exterminators in for years. I never had problems with my neighbors, and the courtesy officer is very kind, and cares for the neighborhood. This neighborhood was a good place to start my adult life, and not break the bank. Would give it an A+ in price for what ya get. New Renovations with New appliances in all the open apartments too, which is very nice.

Overall I didn't mind having my first apartment here. Pros: -Price is 850 plus water and electric for a 2 bed 2 bath -Fair prices ^ -Location -Nearby fast food -Nearby stores -Close to Old Fort -Nicely sized bedrooms and bathrooms -Patio space -Basically everywhere you'd need to go in Murfreesboro is about 15 mins away at the most -Right next to the college -Lots of young people and families in the area - Sturdy front door and lock, windows to look outside your front door - Good AC units - Good patio coverage from sun Cons: -Living above the landlords family who made noise complaints before 11PM weekly or as a way to get back at us for something they didn't like (however the landlord Mickey didn't allow them to act superior just because they were family) -Apartment had roaches when we mo

Nestled in the beautiful town of Murfreesboro Tennessee is a stain on this community called brownstone apartments or should I say brown stain. I have know several tenants that have stayed in these and over a 2 year period I have seen over 30 cool cars there handling disputes. Seen 3 apartments infested with roaches that were not dirty. Watched them take 2 months to fix a sink. Leave a huge hole in the side of a shower and just cover it with duct tape after 2 weeks of being broken. The owner is an actual POS. This delightful women's name is Mickey. Will tow your car even if you have a visitors pass and if you back into a spot. You are required to get a visitors pass each time you enter the complex and they only give one so you can't have 2 guests. When you park in visitors parking you are

Nicholas and the entire crew top to bottom. bullshit take people's money it's absolutely ridiculous and sad to see how they treat people, but God is good. but don't do it. any good reviews are mostly fake. what is the world coming to when you got people looking for a place to live and they just full of lies all day everyday.
