Brown Property Group- Property Management

Had a great experience with Brown Property Group so far. They communicate well and have been very responsive to our questions and concerns. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for property management.

I have enjoyed everything about Browns property management so far. They helped me during a tragic time in my life, been very supportive and helpful with everything I have needed. Ms Pam, Alex, down to maintenance, even the owner has been amazing! I’d definitely recommend this company !

I'm writing this review because I am very disappointed. Maggie Cranor of Brown Property Group Management did not meet my expectations. The location of my property was listed incorrectly on various rental platforms such as Zillow, Trulia, etc... I told Maggie of this issue and she stated she will correct it within 24 hrs. Few days go by and I stated to her that the property is still listed in the wrong location; could you please address this issue. She in fact stated that she would handle it. A week goes by, and the property is still listed in the wrong location. Be aware, the property was active at this time, so I contacted Zillow personally and had them change it and update my homes location on the maps feature. The staff at Zillow notified me that they never received anything from BP

Week one of a twelve-month lease. Moved in on November 26th, 2025. No heat in the site or inside the first house ever rented. 55 -56 degrees indoors. Minimum response given. Ultimately, told to provide receipts to be reimbursed $150 towards next month's rent. On December 1st, this month's rent was subtracted efficiently. Still no heat. Who wants to unpack in the cold? Already, Thanksgiving was horrible. No heat. How can someone own a house and not ensure it is livable? Next, like a child who must be monitored to ensure that an adult's change is returned, told to provide receipts for the cost of purchasing heaters to be credited to next month's rent. As of November 26th, for $2827.73 plus moving expenses, I am now feeling as if this was not such a good decision to rent with Brown Property G

Consummate professionals, fantastic attention to detail, excellent communication. I can’t say enough good things our experience of working with Brown Property Group. I would recommend them to anyone.
