Brookwood

I lived here from March 2024-May 2025 and didn’t really have any complaints. Maintenance was nice and responded quickly, the office is friendly and hospitable, the community is safe, and my neighbors were pleasant. I lived in a freshly renovated apt and my only real issue came from neighbors that weren’t considerate about noise and how hard it was to find parking close to your unit after 6pm. Otherwise my stay was pleasant and I miss Latisha’s smiling face everyday!

Brookwood has made many changes the last few years and improved many things in our community. I have been here 12 years and have gotten many upgrades. New laundry facilities have made a big difference and we have 2 beautiful pools. Our office staff is THE BEST! Our location is perfect. I love it here!

My experience at Brookwood and with management has been beyond amazing! All my questions during the application part were answered promptly and within a timely manner. I love the amenities this apartment complex has and use them daily. I’ve only had one maintenance issue in my apartment but it was addressed in less than 24 hours! If you’re looking for a place to live Brookwood is the place to be!

I have been here for 6 years going on 7 years next July….i love it my staff are very nice and very helpful…it’s a good resident to live at…I get alone with my neighbors….i love it here!!…

Had the pleasure of touring this property with Latisha. She not only has an amazing, vibrant personality but is also super honest and caring. Not to mention that this apartment complex is very clean and you can tell they put care into ensuring the apartments feel like a home.
