Brookwood Apartments

We have lived at Brookwood for almost 5 years now, and it is a great place! The community is wonderful, and the staff go above and beyond. If anything needs fixed in our apartment, Courtney makes sure that it is taken care of quickly and that the job is done right. She brightens our day too by being so positive and waving at us from the golf cart. We also love to stop by the front office to see Jade. She gives the kids food to feed the fish, and is so helpful whenever I have any questions. We appreciate having such a warm and friendly place to live.

I enjoyed my experience at Brookwood apartments]! The amenities are definitely a highlight — there is a gym, and the basketball and tennis courts are such a nice bonus for staying active without leaving the community. The location is also hard to beat — there are tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and stores just minutes away, which makes life super convenient. The apartments themselves are a bit on the smaller side for the price, but the overall atmosphere, amenities, and location make up for it. Plus, Jade, the leasing agent, was absolutely wonderful to work with! She’s so personable and bubbly — I would have loved a walkthrough of the amenities but other than that great experience. When looking for a new home, it can be very stressful and challenging Jade over at Brookwood. Apts made it so smooth and non stressful. She was understanding of my needs, she listened. And she went above and beyond for my new peaceful home ! The maintenance manager, Courtney responds very quickly to any maintence request . Be greeted by both of these ladies with a smile and friendliness than any other property I have ever lived at ! Hats off to you both for making my new home experience comfortable! Thank you ladies !

I have only been living here for about 4 months, but from the very first few days my ac went out, the way Jade and Courtney took care of my issue was truly amazing, and It was back up and running after a few short days! I have only met the office manager once during my time here, but each time I stop in to pick up my packages or if I have an issue, Jade welcomes me with such a great vibe and smile, she truly cares about the tenants here and treats them like family. Definitely recommend this place if you are in the market for a peaceful living environment at a reasonable price! #bldg 4

I moved here in September 12 due to the rains my house had some issues with flooding and mold, I had to move since I am highly allergic to mold. I was afraid of moving to an apartment as I was not sure what to expect. I was very stressed out when I moved in and probably not very nice, but everyone was supportive and made this moving experience wonderful. The maintance manager is great. I had a couple of issues and she fixed them right away. She is very caring and careful when she comes making sure my fury babies are safe while she is there and when she leaves. She is also very friendly always waiving and saying hello when she sees you. The management listened to my concerns and my needs and made the necessary accomodations. Very Happy Tennant!
