Brookwood Apartments

I live here for about 2.5/3 years! I really loved it here. Out of all my apartments this was my favorite place live! Nobody bothered me, I made some good friends and they would watch after me in case I needed anything. I regret that I ever moved outta state. I have a small balance that I owe and I hope when I get it paid, I’ll be able to be consider to move back in.

I have lived here for about a year and a half and I am happy here! Neighbors have been trustworthy (no stolen mail or laundry ever). The staff seems to genuinely care about their tenants. I have had my issues here, as one does with apartment living, but the property manager and maintenance has always treated me well.

ive lived here for 3 years first 2 years were nice but now this place is okay, not the best there are bad roaches even tho they spray all the time it really does nothing. spiders do get real bad in summer time. the neighbors basically inhale cigarettes as if it was oxygen u can smell it in ur apartment, the laundry rooms are absolute trash the washers and dryers always break and they are so disgusting hair and dust and dirt everywhere in the washers and dryers. there is never any parking people just leave their cars out in the front for weeks. on top of all of that maintenance isnt too great i had black mold from a water leak in my closet and my walls were literally squishy and wet and all he did was spray white paint over it and say it wasnt mold when it clearly was and it was spreading.

I have only lived here for a very short time but I have found my neighbors to be very pleasant, kind and quiet as well. The management/maintenance crew has been accommodating beyond my expectations! I am disabled and find my apt to be not only livable but very attractive also. Brookwood has truly been an answer to my prayers! I would highly recommend living here. (Thank you Amy & Gerall!!)

I lived here from the year 2017-2018. My experience was awful. Very thin walls and loud neighbors as animals. Homeless people walking around and bothering you at night. They went through countless Maintenance and office lady’s. No one was ever there in the office. Maintenance staff would try to enter my apt any time they please for no reason. I would not recommend to live here.
