Brookway West Apartments

I’ve lived at this apartment complex long enough to provide an honest and informed review, and unfortunately my experience has been more frustrating than positive. Parking Issues & Policy Enforcement: The complex has a rule allowing only one assigned parking space per apartment, yet this policy is poorly enforced. Parking spot numbers are not clearly visible, which frequently results in other residents or visitors parking in spots that do not belong to them. This often leaves residents coming home to find their only assigned parking space taken, with little to no timely assistance from management. Clear markings and consistent enforcement are lacking. She made the whole application process so simple and everything went so smoothly. The apartment was in great condition on the day I moved in and I’ve been very pleased with everything.

My blinds were replaced quickly after I requested them to be through the site portal and it was straightforward process with no hang ups.

My mother absolutely LOVED her apartment. She was in a wheelchair and couldn't get out much. The staff and her neighbors helped make her years there awesome. The apartment was bright and cheerful and she never had a problem with noise or being afraid as a senior woman living alone. I can personally attest that the staff there are genuine and caring individuals as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Brookway West!

Almost four years with my kids and it was a very peaceful quiet safe place to live . Never heard loud neighbors for the most part or had any kind of unsafe activity in our building very family friendly apartment complex. Flex room was big enough for a bedroom so it’s a better deal than any three bedroom in the area.The only issue we had was the price of living in a rental so we decided to buy . Although, we would have gladly stayed longer here the location was great , close to schools.maintenance was always timely and nice . Would live here again or recommend this apartment . Thanks for giving us a home for the time we lived there !
