Brookview at Citrus Park Apartments

I love living here! Friendly community, kind neighbors. The property is always clean and well maintained, and I feel very safe walking around at any time of day or night. Very scenic for my outdoor walks. Fully paved sidewalks. The maintenance team is outstanding they respond quickly to any requests and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of promptly. The amenities are top-notch too! The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, and the gym is well-equipped. The location couldn’t be better — just minutes away from the mall, grocery stores, and plenty of restaurants and shops. Been here 4 years this year and absolutely love it! We have no complaints. Best maintenance crew, best office staff, best complex to live in. I'm really not sure how people can complain about this place. Parking is tough sometimes but it's nothing crazy to where you can't find a spot near by your place. Ashley & Christasia always are helpful and answer our questions. You get what you pay for, rent goes up anywhere. You can't beat the area, amenities, and beautiful apartments.

I recently moved into these apartment homes and I honestly love it. Staff is very friendly and responsive, they take care of you quickly. The community is very clean and kept up with. The unit we moved into is very nice and clean. The amenities are also great. Me and my family are proud to call this our home!!

Living here has been a great experience. The office staff is always polite and helpful, and they make the leasing process and day-to-day communication very easy. The maintenance team responds quickly and does excellent work. I also really enjoy the green areas — they’re clean, well-kept, and perfect for walking or relaxing. Overall, highly recommended.
