Brookstone Crossing Apartments

I have a great appreciation for the quality of service at Brookstone Apartments. I moved out about seven months ago, but I still think Brookstone had the best maintenance team I’ve experienced. Their response time was consistently quick, and they addressed issues thoroughly and professionally. It’s rare to find a management team that takes resident concerns seriously and follows through so efficiently.

Great place to live. Well maintained. The maintenance team are friendly and very efficient. The office staff is always friendly and very helpful. They have several events to bring the community together. The grounds are always well maintained and beautiful. We feel at home here. Connvenience within the complex with a pool, tanning bed, workout room, vending machine, package room to keep your packages secure, and a well lit laundry room and last but not least a nice club house. My apartment has a view of the pond. We are very happy here.

Loved our apartment however there are definitely communication issues, we were promised a 2 bed apartment at the end of our lease but a few months prior to the end of the lease we asked about it and were told none would be available until two months after our lease ended. Was definitely disappointing considering a 2 bedroom across the hall was vacant for months before we moved :( however the office was always super nice and maintenance was quick to resolve issues’

Such a great place to consider if you plan on moving into an apartment for the first time!! Me and my boyfriend moved into our first apartment here and we are very pleased to say the least! CJ had given us the apartment tour when we first heard of brookstone and answered every question we asked very knowledgeably, and with great detail! Move in was very smooth, had, had to call maintenance to come the night we moved in for something very minor and they were there by 9am the next morning! Have nothing but great things to say about this place, definitely would recommend 10/10 times! :)

I lived at Brookstone for 4 years in two different apartments, and loved every minute of it. The Village Green team here is kind, outgoing, and friendly! On-time maintenance was a problem only once, and that team has gotten so much better and more prompt since. The units are pet friendly, base rent and annual increases have never been outrageous, there are lots of community events, and the grounds are well-taken care of. We’ll miss Brookstone, but would happily recommend it to anyone looking!
