This is a great apartment communtiy! This community has been completely transformed by the recent renovation, and it really shows. The apartments are clean, modern, and thoughtfully updated, while still being genuinely affordable. This is such a rare find in St. Petersburg. The grounds are well-kept, the buildings look fresh, and it actually feels like a place you’re proud to call home. The management and staff deserve a special shoutout: they’re responsive, professional, and clearly care about the residents and the community they’re building. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly and respectful.
