Strongly Not Recommended – Ongoing Serious Issues We have lived in this apartment complex for over 2 years, and it has been a negative experience. The units are infested with roaches, and this has been an ongoing problem the entire time despite us buying various pest control products. Management’s pest control service is infrequent and largely ineffective while paying our monthly $5 for their services. The apartments are in poor condition—wallboards and floorboards are falling apart, and ceilings show damage from previous leaks. Mold is visible around the windows and in the bathroom. Someone smokes directly under our window, causing the entire apartment, including our furniture, to smell. Some neighbors have multiple large dogs that bark constantly. This is the single-most worst place that I have ever lived in. I will try to sum it up. It has been a couple months since I have moved out from there. Let's talk about bugs: The facade is that they pay this random dude with some bug repellent to douse your walls in this weak pesticide, as if it would kill all bugs in an instant. This is merely a rouse, as I mentioned, as it does absolutely nothing for the apartment. The bugs come from all over, in the bathroom sink, the bathtub, the floorboards, and, even in some cases, in my own bed. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Worst place I've had to live in. Grateful to be leaving. They were bought out and the management is rude and unprofessional. Not worth what they are charging! The walls are paper thin, you can hear full conversations and hear the showers turn on and off. Their website says "Enjoy the life of luxury" but they are absolute liars. The "fitness center" is tiny and stuffy, in the laundry room nothing works in there. You'll be wasting your hard earned money on broken machines and still have wet clothes. Also, no backyards or personal space. We have never been late since we've lived here and they threatened to evict us over a water bill that they didn't post until days after rent was posted. It's becoming an unsafe area as well, someone was shot and killed here. "

Do not rent from this company! The apartment was gross when my husband moved in..have pictures to prove. Mold on all windows, hairs all in the carpet, a nasty toothbrush and a wad of black hair was left on top of the water heater, dishwasher was nasty, frig wasn’t cleaned very good and the worst was roaches! We had to pay 5$ a month for them to spray but they only did it a couple times so the roaches were aweful! We had to buy roach bait but that didn’t even help because they was so bad! When we moved out we cleaned really good so we would get our deposit back but received papers saying they was keeping 55.00 for cleaning fees when we left the place 10 times cleaner then when we moved in!

Avoid these apartments. They were cheap, but the new management is raising rates even though the apartments are infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. Also google the brookside shooting that happened back in April. I'll be moving out.
