There is a reason why I’m posting this under a fictitious name. I have left at the residence for several years and over the years. I have seen a decline in many things at this facility first of all the office staff are very petty and demeaning and if you complain about the slightest little thing or you question anything it is held against you and they will find things wrong Also, when I first started living here, they just made it a point to come into the apartment whenever they felt like it. This was an invasion of privacy and not anything that I ever agreed to. After several complaints, they now announced that they’re going to be coming in during a certain timeframe however, during their routine maintenance, they have four to five people come and parade through your apartment. Be careful of submitting insurance requirements for renters insurance. They will not acknowledge email of coverage and then continually charge you fees for ins when you are already covered and keep giving excuses and refuse to give refund. I have already filed a claim with attorney generals office and I am sure I will face retaliation when I move out as stated by another resident on here.

I lived here for 2 years and it was a great experience overall. Large recently built beautiful apartments with tons of storage. low utility costs and management was fair to me. Maintenance was always fast to respond as well. When I moved out I was only charged for the one window blind that we broke and the carpet cleaning fee that they charge everyone, but I left the apartment spotless. You will hear your neighbors but that's in every apartment complex. Only thing I did not care for was the 6 month air filter changes and smoke detector checks because they did not schedule a certain day we were just notified which week they would be coming. I needed three bedrooms and I ended up purchasing a house or I would have stayed longer.

Well-managed, fast and super friendly maintenance, very respectful neighbors. The walls are thick but the floors aren't so you may hear each other through that a little, and there is a dog poop problem that is only getting worse despite complaints. There's always gonna be something though, and if the only bad thing is watching your step a little at the price of a quiet area to live with two bed two baths, granite countertops and hardwood floors with reasonable rent, I'm all for it :)

I've been living at Brooks Edge for over a year now and at first it was fine. We had little to no issue with anything. Unfortunately this summer our AC unit went down. This happened on July 6th, we called our office when it first happened about 4 times and no one responded until about 5 hours later. They then offered us one window AC unit (we live in a 2 bedroom apt) and didn't even try to fix the problem. 2 days later they came back and took it away even though we mentioned it wasn't fixed. At this point we're late in the summer and it's getting up to 90 degrees or more. Still our AC unit hasn't been fixed, they came back a week later and gave us 2 in window AC units. Told us an Hvac guy would be here to fix it. That was 4 weeks ago, the window units is running up our electric bill and I
