Moved in a few months ago and the experience has been great. Clara and her team respond to issues very quickly. The unit has been clean from the very beginning and I wake up excited to make this my home. They have also done a great job plowing the driveway during this dreadful snowstorm.

While living at the apartment everything is fine, but once you give notice to vacate they hack on all these additional fees, I moved out a month early and paid my rent up to the end of my lease.The management added utility bills that was twice the amounts usually pay to NES while I was living there. Also note that the rent they post is not the final price, add $40 for parking, $130 for water and trash,$50 for convenience fee and now $70 for internet

Aleisha and Clara were absolutely awesome with finding our family the perfect apartment! They went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed to make our transition go smoothly. Even after moving in they kept in contact with us making sure we knew they were there if we needed anything. I would say these ladies made our family feel so welcomed and truly listened to our family needs. Thank you ladies 🙏

I just moved in to Brookridge and I was serviced/helped by Alisha (sorry if I missed spelled the name). Honestly she made my experience wonderful. At first we did have communication issues but it wasn’t her fault she was out of town during the time of me applying and was labor day weekend. But anytime she had my name or number and was in charge she made sure to get me taken care of. The process was a bit complicated because of the communication but when Alisha didn’t hear from me or see me she would immediately call and make sure I was good and resolve any problems or concerns I did have. We were able to sit down and meet and make sure I got my parking pass and mail keys she also made sure I was set with a goody bag lol. Her voice and energy is amazing I enjoyed talking to her in the phone
