Overall the community is good, but the entrance to the community is quite underwhelming and disappointing. Homes are close to million dollars range and the current entrance and approach to the community seems more fit for a 250k or less townhome community. Surprising how Toll brothers (who are usually good with these things) did not pay attention to this, when expecting to build homes that are in this price range. Good upgrade to the entrance and landscaping will make this community more appealing. Even though there is enough demand for homes in general in Atlanta, I am sure residents who are willing to pay for homes in the 800k plus range will appreciate entrance to the community and landscaping that is in line with the price point of these homes. These houses are well built and have a beautiful contemporary flair and we were incredibly impressed by the attention to detail. We were ready to put a contract down until… we drove through the neighborhood. The exterior elevations are atrocious. The exterior elevations look like a mismatched patch quilt on many of the homes. The front doors do not complement the styles, the materials used are all over the place. They just do not match the style of the interior. Some homes look beautiful and the materials used blend and do complement the style of the interior. Some homes have the exterior of castle mixed with farmhouse and traditional design. Community is in a good location and looks promising (till in initial phase of development when I visited) but as expected it is pricey ( of course, the builder is Toll Brothers).

What a waste of a development. All the houses are the same and not aesthetically pleasing at all. The landscaping looks horrible and poorly done around all the houses.
