Gracie was an angel sent from heaven who helped me find an apartment at a very difficult time. She was patient, personable, informative and was an amazing communicator. Ive had horrible experiences with other agents from other companies in the past and was about to give up on my search but Gracie made this experience above and beyond, i’m so grateful to have come across her for my services. My previous landlords daughter who was NOT OUR LANDLORD is trying to to say that Diane was not professional when she was and was the only one who cared enough. She work hard to get us an apartment because our income was not sufficient enough for landlords. By the way they didn't give us 3 months notice. My landlord came back from Italy the beginning of September and for 2 weeks said nothing. Then told us she was selling the house. 2 days later a real estate agent came to look over the house. Then we had people looking at the house right away. Most of the time we didn't even receive notice that people were coming. As far as getting us evicted ii told her do what you have to. I worked for an Eviction attorney in the past and I'm not stupid you can not get someone out that quick. I c
