Brookley Pointe Apartments

These apartments are really horrible. They go up on the renters insurance every 3 to 6 months seems like. My tub doesn't drain well. I'm having issues with the lighting in my kitchen. The bathroom ceiling has visible mold and brown staining from the water leaking upstairs. You call to put in a work order and it takes maintenance weeks just to come look and leave and never return to fix a thing. I would give zero stars if I could. The parking lot is filled with people that don't even live over here. My vehicle was towed months ago for not having a decal but no one issued me one upon me moving in. Crazy how my vehicle was towed but I see plenty cars parked in tenant parking spots that have no decal and/or expired tags. I had a credit on my rent as well but was told it really wasn't a credit

The apartment is absolutely disgusting. My wall completely molded. I barely put my hand on the wall and my whole side of the wall caved in. The laundry room is absolutely disgusting. Trying to get maintenance to do there job is almost impossible. There are rats in the walls and nothing is being done about it. The office had been notified several times. Yet they are worried about sending dog poop off to a lab to see what breed of dog it’s coming from. Several of my neighbors have holes in the floor and have shown the office pictures of dead rats they are catching coming out of the holes and still nothing has been done to fix this.

Great Service!! They are extremely helpful and understanding of the tenants. And work hard and fast to get the job taken care of! Ms. Brittany is doing a great job at taking care of Brookley Pointe! I’m very happy to be a tenant! They have made very great improvements to the apartments and amenities around! Great Job!!!👏🏾

Great place to live! I love britany she is so kind and always gets things corrected immediately!

I've been here over almost 11 years and the new management is doing more than any company that has taken over Brittany has a lot on her plate but she's getting it done. She's a promising manager and a person of her word. Brooklyn point is starting look better by slowly. Tumbs up to the mantanice crew on there quick work.
