I am building a condo/townhouse with Stanley Martin with completion scheduled for fall 2021. The sales process has been seamless so far. Steve was incredibly knowledgeable and “low pressure” during the sales contract phase. He answered all my questions and I never felt like he was trying to sell me…he wanted me to find the right home for me. I used their preferred lender and again, everything was clearly explained and directions for gathering financials to qualify were very specific and effectively communicated. My favorite part thus far was the design meeting. My designer walked me through so many choices and made sure my selections were cohesive and within my budget. I left loving my choices. While I have no doubt that the condos are nice, they are built on top of what used to be a forest, with trails. It was beautiful during the summer. As the land continues to be developed, the ecosystem is further damaged. This is one example of overdevelopment that is present across Charlottesville, which continues to stress our roads with more traffic than they were ever meant to handle.

We are currently building and have just had our Pre-Drywall Walkthrough so unfortunately we do not have much to respond with in regards to the completed product yet. The walkthrough was thorough and professional. We are very excited to have such a wonderful crew supporting our new home construction! As a local VA Residential Realtor, I have to say that Stanley Martin has always had a top-notch reputation in the industry and among our clients.

It's alright. Some things could be better. Condos are nice though.
