Brookfield Residential at Lakeside at Trappe

Recently closed on a home here in this beautiful community, only to be shocked by the lack of care or concern of their craftsmanship, build and quality of work by their builders! I Recently contacted Brookfield Residental "customer care" about the work on one of their homes, even showed pictures of shortcuts taken during the build, and was told that due to being outside the builder's 1 year warranty, despite having builders currently in the neighborhood still working on homes... I was told "I recommend contacting a general contractor in your area to assist you with your concern." by their Customer DON'T really care coordinator Peter Samson. I truly wish I could give negative stars in this case. Truly disappointed in the lack of care and disregard shown!
