The buying process with Logan Homes/ Brookfield Branch in Hampstead was an excellent experience from first looking at various floor plans/lots to final inspections and closing. She is the most knowledgeable for knowing all the models plans and features and she used that to help us find the perfect fit for a home. The superintendent, Shepherd was very diligent and proactive throughout the pre-occupancy orientation and the final walk-through of our home. Overall, moving into this gem of a community has been a seamless and positive experience!
