Living here has been a very positive experience. The management team is professional, kind, and attentive, and they truly care about their residents. The community is peaceful, well maintained, and comfortable. I appreciate how promptly maintenance requests are handled and how amazing the staff is. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to live. :) p.s. The pool/hot tub and grill area is always super clean which I really appreciate!!

We had a great experience living at this apartment community. Communication was always clear and timely and the living experience was great every day. Genevieve was an amazing property manager—professional, friendly, and consistently responsive. She and the team always went above and beyond to make sure residents felt supported, whether it was quick maintenance follow-ups, community updates, or small personal touches that made the property feel like home. During the year we lived here, we truly enjoyed the environment, the well-maintained grounds, and the sense of community. It was a place we were happy to come home to and would gladly recommend to others.

We are starting our 3rd year at Brookfield Apartments. We love living in this community! The pool and hot tube are wonderful and year around. The clubhouse and break room have all sorts of drinks and coffee, a comfortable place to visit. I especially like the monthly sound healing sessions. The staff are so friendly, always waving, and talking to the residents. It feels like we are part of an awesome family, we are home. The mail center is awesome! I never worry about my packages being left until I am home from work. Let's not forget the valet trash amenity. Love that! Just so you know our manager Genevieve is simply amazing! Always smiling and quick to help! She feels like a friend! We love living here!

We lived here for two years and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The management and maintenance teams are absolutely incredible — they’re responsive, kind, and genuinely care about their residents. Genevieve, Kyle, Hailey, Allison, and Maddie are INCREDIBLE!! Any time we needed help WITH ANYTHING, they were quick to take care of it (though honestly, we rarely had issues because everything is so well maintained). The amenities and apartments themselves are beautiful and so well kept. You can really tell the staff takes pride in the property. When we were buying our first home, the management team went above and beyond to work with us and make the transition as smooth as possible. I started my second year in Brookfield Apartments in May, and I couldn’t be happier! This community is friendly, welcoming, safe, and incredibly peaceful. The amenities are great! I love the beautiful pool, relaxing hot tub, well-equipped fitness center, and modern clubhouse. Everything is always so well maintained; it truly has that resort-like feeling I love! The apartments themselves are beautiful, modern, and very spacious. The management is another highlight. Genevieve and her team are always kind, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate you, and I truly appreciate that.
