Brookdale Apartments

My daughter and I looked at a number of possible apartments in the area but, for a variety of reasons, none felt "right". Finally, we found out about Brookdale and we just moved in a few days ago. First, the three ladies in the leasing office were fabulous. Stacie, Shavonn and Faith were welcoming, helpful and kind. As soon as we entered the apartment, we both felt "at home" and no other place made us feel that way. Yes, there are little things that came up but they are handled efficiently and properly. Communication is paramount. It seems like FRG runs a very professional organization in all aspects. We look forward to living here for a long time.

Maintenance guy entered our apartment when on vacation and disabled /moved then turned off two cameras. Live here at your own risk. Update: when we were not home/ after they entered without permission: many items went missing: google speaker, Xbox,personal items; they went through our luggage and removed items. Left Wawa food, spilled Wawa coffeee in kitchen and did not clean up. . Feel violated and totally unsafe. The area is hostile towards you. There ARE FLOODLIGHTs into yours apartments so keep that in mind if you sleep at night. Feels like living in Times Square under neon signs. Management tries to be helpful and schools are great.

It's a nice building in good neighborhood. Staff is attentive to maintenance issues. 99% of the time maintenance issues are taken care of within 48 hours. Luke, from maintenance, is always friendly, and has greeted me, by name, every time I have seen him since right when I moved in. Stacie and everyone else at the office are always helpful when I have questions or concerns. It's to live in a building where the staff are friendly and helpful. This is actually my second apartment with Friedman and it's been a great experience all around.

Lived here for 2.5 years and it’s been pretty smooth! When the building changed hands there was some adjusting but maintenance is fast and the staff is super nice. Stacie M at the office was amazing and so responsive to every concern and the area is quiet. Maintenance has also always been so nice and fixed things really well. We’re only leaving because we’re moving out of state :)

My unit was good however hallways are not kept up. Trash is left piled in hallways due to inept valet service. They don’t collect items they list they do. They don’t collect when elevator goes out. Elevator goes out often and fire alarms scream to leave building several times a year for NOTHING! Mice issues as well as my unit has yellow jackets, I called and complained 3 weeks and got stung before they took it serious. No amenities. I left my apartment very clean and moved out before the month was up and they still charged me to clean carpet and for a days rent. They take care of what they are forced to. Some units have leaking from rain and others have doors hanging hard to open and they did not fix it until the tenant said they will call fire sept if they can’t get out of their unit. Ren
