Brookdale Apartments

Just one of the many things that have gone down hill. Taking out half the bushes, shrubs, and trees. 8 days of constant chain saws and machines to have our privacy and beauty destroyed. They take nice things out and either replace them with lower quality products or simply never replace them. 30 year old holly bushes gone in 3 minutes. They did not alert anyone to this (or ask). Multiple members of this community work at night or have chronic illness who were bothered. They almost never alert you to work being done even in an apartment right next to yours. They do work on saturdays (sometimes sundays) so you never know when it will be quiet anymore. That being said the property manager is frequently out of the office. The typical landscaping company wont come for 3 weeks, then come every

If you’re looking for a well kept apartment complex, this is not it. It’s not terrible but the standards are pretty low.

This will be my very first apartment and I can greatly say from my experiences so far I feel very welcome! The leasing office was amazing and super nice! My roommate and I got approved within hrs of contacting. The entire property looks very clean and is quiet as well. Very reasonably priced with some paid utilities. From what I can tell they are doing renovations as well considering ours is being fully renovated before we move in! I’m very excited 😊

Excelent job of the leasing center Ms Cathy and Tim are very diligent with the resident's requests. Very clean and quiet neighborhood! 100% recommended 👍
