Brook View Apartments

I have been a residence for 12 years now, at first it was very nice, but things are changing. Weekends are bad because people are leaving trash all over the place and not using the dumpsters. It seems that the marijuana use is so out of control and mangement does nothing about it. The maintenance staff and the office staff are wonderful. To my understanding there is a major problem with rodents because of the trash issue. David does an excellent job keeping the property clean everyday however I feel bad for him because the next day it's like he has done nothing the day before.

I have lived in Book View for over 5 years, from a 1B1B to 2B2B. I enjoy the neighborhood with an inner driveway to walk around, and quiet nights when everyone obeys the rules that party ends before 10pm, even on weekends. The overall equipment is all in great condition, with the kitchen fully set up and hot water 24 hours. The maintenance team always comes within the very first minute once I submit a request. I know all of them, and they keep a good manner and are professional when they come to fix the room. The pool is only open during the summer time, not a big one, but it always has a lifeguard during open time, and it is kept clean. Big enough for small children to have some fun. Was living here with one of my friends, great area to find an apartment. But if you practice anything and order online a lot be careful. Play instruments? be careful! Someone is watching you and will mess with your belongings

When I moved out of Brook View Apartments, they charged me for damage that was there when I moved in, despite my photo documentation and move-in form. When I emailed them about it, I got referred to management who refused to respond. That turned a mostly positive experience with the company into a negative one.

When selected Mt Washington apts on the app, Brookview came up. It seemed very deceptive. The leasing agent acted as though she did not know what was going on even AFTER I explained it to her 3 times. I want Mt Washington Apts NOT Brookview. I dont want ANYTHING that has to do with Continental Realty!!!!The ONLY LOOK OUT FOR THE JEWISH TENANTS.
